About the Role:

We’re after a reliable, high-energy Chef de Partie who knows their way around a char grill, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about their trade. You’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, top-quality dishes while helping mentor the next generation of kitchen legends.

📅 Enjoy a 9-day fortnight

Week 1: 38 hours over 5 nights

Week 2: 38 hours over just 4 nights (hello long weekend vibes!)

Perfect for those who want full-time hours with better work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Running your section like a boss—especially the char grill

Delivering high-quality, consistent food during busy service periods

Training and supporting junior staff, setting the standard for excellence

Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to improve and evolve the menu

Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and ready to rock

Being part of a crew that shows up, works hard, and has each other’s backs

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years in a similar Chef de Partie or Line Cook role

Strong char grill experience—you know your temps and your timing

A team player who leads by example and helps train others

Someone who’s always pushing to improve

Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail

Commercial Cookery Cert
