The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager/Chef to oversee kitchen operations in our aged care facility. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone passionate about food and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of older Australians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the catering team, including rostering and performance management
• Plan, develop, and review menus in consultation with dietitians and residents
• Ensure meals meet dietary, cultural, and nutritional needs
• Maintain food safety standards in accordance with HACCP and regulatory compliance
• Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Engage with residents and families to continually improve the dining experience

What You Bring:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a similar qualification (essential)
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (aged care or healthcare experience desirable)
• 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccination Record
• Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia (open to sponsorships)
