About the Role
As our Electrical Client Liaison, you'll be the key link between our clients, our field technicians and office operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and exceptional client service. You’ll be the driving force behind the scenes - coordinating schedules and ensuring every project stays on track. At the same time, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact our clients trust throughout their experience with us.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Client communication (scheduling, rescheduling, and status updates)
Scheduling jobs and coordinating with field team
Assisting with invoicing, quotes and job tracking in ServiceM8 and simPRO
Maintaining files and records accurately
Supporting compliance and safety documentation
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Providing general admin support to the Director and wider team
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in administration or sales (highly regarded)
Electrical or Trades admin, Contracts or Scheduling experience (highly regarded)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
Familiarity with job management software like ServiceM8, simPRO, or similar
Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and job management systems
A self-starter, proactive, solution-focused mindset
A friendly, professional approach with a passion for helping people
