The Opportunity:
In this newly established position, you will serve as a vital connection between the company’s clients, the construction team, and drive and implement improvements within the customer service experience across the business, from project initiation through to final handover.

• Update key clients on the construction progress of their build
• Providing support to other client liaisons within the team as needed
• Collaborate closely with the internal teams, including sales, design, and construction
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer service experience within the business
• Implement new processes and innovative ideas to enhance the customer service experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Client Liaison Officer or Administration Manager working for a Residential Builder
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Genuine approach with the ability to lead others
• A proactive attitude to your work
