The Opportunity:
As a Client Liaison Consultant, you will be a crucial link between the company's clients and the construction team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the construction project lifecycle through to handover.

• Act as the main client contact throughout the build process
• Handle client queries, changes, and objections
• Liaise with internal teams
• Manage variations and ad-hoc admin

To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.

• 3+ years of experience working for a Custom Home Builder
• Senior Client Liaisons from a Project Builder considered
• Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
