The Role
We’re looking for a personable, proactive, and detail-savvy Sales Account Specialist to join our team full-time.

You’ll work closely with our valued B2B customers—understanding their needs, streamlining their orders, and offering the kind of support that keeps their businesses running smoothly and successfully.

Please note: the first three months are a training period based on the sales floor. This hands-on experience is key to learning our product, understanding customer preferences, and setting you up for long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage Accounts with Care: Nurture strong, long-term relationships with your portfolio of trade customers.

Seek and Secure New Business: Proactively identify and connect with potential customers by introducing Profresh, understanding their needs, and turning new leads into lasting partnerships.

Be the Go-To Contact: Handle orders, questions, delivery updates, and post-purchase follow-ups with clarity and confidence.

Stay Ahead of Needs: Anticipate client preferences, set aside stock, suggest seasonal standouts, and arrange freight when needed.

Resolve Issues Gracefully: Act quickly and communicate clearly to solve problems in collaboration with internal teams.

Contribute to Strategy: Support the Sales Manager in tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities to grow.

Keep It All Organised: Maintain accurate CRM records—including order history, preferences, pricing, and delivery info.

Offer Product Support: Advise on availability, seasonal standouts, and sourcing requests during major peaks.

Team Support: Assist on the sales floor and back up Sales Assistants when needed, especially during busy periods.
