We are looking for a skilled/experienced Estimator/Tenderer to join our family team:

Preparing joinery quotations and tender submissions for a variety of commercial projects with 90% of tenders being long time clients

Developing scope of works and project

Liaise with clients with value management suggestions & design recommendations.

Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Working closely with Project Managers and assist with handover of projects to the construction team.

Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines

Maintain and regularly update Tender Registers, providing clear insights.

Knowledge of Nexvia an advantage but training will be given to the right candidate.

The successful applicant will need previous experience working as an Estimator with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
