Key role requirements:
Collating and Processing of Hire Dockets for the purpose of generating client invoices;
Attending to account enquiries from clients and operators via email and phone;
Undertaking administrative duties such as computer data entry, reporting; and
Continually striving to improve customer service, at all times.

What You Should Have:
Experience as a Data Entry, Administrator, Receptionist and/or Customer Service Officer or similar;
Intermediate computer literacy skills;
Analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy;
Intermediate interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually;
A strong level of commitment to your team and your role; and
Ability to work under pressure with competing prioritises.
