Role:
Working Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) you will be a fulltime member of the Buronga Branch team, the purpose of this role is to process the branch’s operational administration in particular Freight 2020 booking system, assist with coordination of trucks and freight distribution, coordinate and record pallet movements and driving the company’s customer service charter delivering client focus as a principle whilst driving the PTG brand.
A pivotal role in the Branch’s freight administration, data entry, coordination and processes with the unique opportunity to learn the tasks of a freight scheduler.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry.
- Assist with incoming calls, providing courteous and prompt responses.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide general support to the team as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Competency with various software programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Ability to deliver and maintain exceptional customer service.
Ability to problem solve. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
