About our Practice:

Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental is a cosy private practice which prides itself on providing quality dental treatment and consistent positive patient experiences. Over the years we have acquired friendly and regular patients who contribute to our pleasant working atmosphere.

We provide a range of dental services ranging from general to major dentistry, including IV sedation and dental implants. We keep up-to-date with the latest technology.

About the role:

Casual position, working Mondays and Tuesdays

Our dental assistants work alongside our dedicated team - 3 Dentists and 3 Oral Health Therapists - providing a professional and comfortable experience for our patients.
We value experience but even more so, we are seeking a new team player who holds a happy, friendly disposition and positive attitude to join our team.

What are we looking for:

a skilled and motivated dental assistant with a caring nature, although training will be provided to someone who learns quickly and who would love to become part of our friendly team.

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant

Good time management

Computer literacy

Initiative and ability to multitask in a calm way

Passion for the dental industry

Ability to take on feedback in a mature manner

A desire to treat our patients with compassion

Ability to learn quickly and absorb new information

Attention to detail

Professional communication skills

A good work ethic and reliability

Work well the team

Experience and qualifications that are desirable:

Certificate III in Dental Assisting

Knowledge of EXACT Dental software

Experience in 4-handed dentistry
