An exciting opportunity to join a leading global Clinical Trials Specialist as the Clinical Nurse Supervisor for their Melbourne Clinic.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, this prestigious organisation has successfully conducted more than 1,500 Phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies across the USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse with over 3 years of experience in Acute Medical, Critical Care or Intensive Care settings, combined with proven management and shift coordination skills. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor will also play a hands-on role in procedures including vital signs, ECGs, venepuncture, blood processing, and clinical data collection.

About You:

Experience in Clinical Trials, Acute Medical, CCU, ICU, or other high-acuity environments

Management and shift coordination experience

Sound knowledge of local and international Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia

Bachelor of Nursing Degree

Competency in venepuncture and peripheral cannulation (central venous access desirable)

Formal training in emergency resuscitation procedures (desirable)
