Job Description

Heading up our quickly expanding team in our Fitzroy clinic, the Nurse Unit Manger will provide both leadership and clinical expertise to our team of established Nurse Coordinators

Key Responsibilities will include;

Provide expertise, training, and support to our Nursing team, including supporting with escalations and complex situations

Assist with RTAC Compliance

Build and maintain strong relationships with specialists and stakeholders.

Believe in patient centered care and strive for this in every patient encounter

Focus on constant improvement and satisfaction

Continue to uphold strong and collaborative relationships across the clinic (administration, laboratory and all departments)

Career progression to a Director of nursing position

Qualifications

Solid experience in a comparable role as Director of Nursing / Nursing Unit Manager in the fertility sector

A proactive “make it happen” approach

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Registration with AHPRA

Leadership experience
