We’re partnering with a world-renowned Clinical Trials Specialist that has conducted over 1,500+ Phase 1 trials across the USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia. With over 20 years of proven success in drug development, they are expanding their team in Melbourne and seeking a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to support day-to-day clinical operations.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in Acute Medical, ICU, CCU or High-Acuity settings and leadership or shift coordination experience.

As ANUM, you will:

Oversee and support nursing teams

Coordinate shifts and clinical workflows

Perform and supervise clinical procedures (ECGs, vital signs, blood collection & processing)

Ensure adherence to local and international Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

Support data collection and quality assurance processes

What You’ll Need:

AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience

Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills

Experience in Clinical Trials, Acute, ICU or similar high-acuity settings

Competence in venepuncture, peripheral cannulation (essential)

Experience with central venous access and emergency resuscitation procedures (desirable)

Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
