Full time Senior Property Manager role commencing Immediately for 3 weeks – scope for ongoing work- Certificate of Registration & experience ESSENTIAL - $48ph + Super + Mileage.
Our Client:

This company leads the Eastern Suburbs real estate field and they are known for their strong results & great team environment. They are seeking a confident and experienced Senior Property to the team on a temporary basis for 3 weeks.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday role
• Managing a portfolio of 250 properties with an assistant
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Manage repairs and maintenance requests
• Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases
• Arrears management
• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections

The Candidate:

• Certificate of Registration is a MUST
• 3 years Property management experience essential
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• A clean driver’s license and reliable car
• Knowledge of PropertyTree highly desirable
