Role

Are you an experienced Property Lease Administrator looking to join a dynamic team in the thriving real estate and property industry? We are growing our team at PIERGE and have a newly created role based in our recently renovated offices located at South Strathfield.

Ideally this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, however we are open to part time applicants as well. In this role you will be responsible for accurate and timely management of admin leasing, financial processing, and proper maintenance of all related documents.

Specifically, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of the lease information, establishment and interpretation of new leases, updating lease data for existing leases, assist in the performance of lease and operational audits.

Responsibilities

Complete tenant account reconciliations

Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss Lease set ups, ensuring that all the information is provided and recorded in the system.

Proactively advertise and market vacant properties to attract quality tenants, when required.

Conduct property inspections and provide detailed condition reports, when required.

Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system and chase arrears when required.

Prepare lease documentation and manage the end-to-end tenancy process, when required.

Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and tenancy information

Support the broader property management team.

Review as appropriate all tenant specific details including but not limited to all tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing and rent reviews

What we're looking for

An understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation is desirable

At least 2 years' experience in a similar property administrator or leasing coordinator role

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords and other stakeholders

Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Proven experience in marketing and advertising vacant properties

Familiarity with relevant real estate legislation and regulations

Proficiency in using property management software and systems, including excel spreadsheeting.
