About the Opportunity
Sunrise Health Service is hiring a full-time Clinical Operations Manager, based in Katherine, NT.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Clinical Operations, you'll support Health Centre Managers to deliver safe, effective services across multiple remote communities.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting and mentoring Health Centre Managers across remote clinics
Overseeing recruitment, rostering, and onboarding of health staff
Leading continuous improvement and compliance activities
Working with clinical teams to maintain best-practice service delivery
Supporting internal systems, including Communicare and business planning
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Helping create a positive and culturally safe workplace
About You
To be successful, you'll need experience managing clinical teams or remote health services. While AHPRA registration as a Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner is highly regarded, candidates with strong management experience in primary health or similar settings are welcome to apply.
You’ll also need:
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
A clear understanding of remote community health or the ability to learn
Strong communication and people management skills
Experience in quality improvement or accreditation processes
A collaborative, flexible, and hands-on approach

The Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary starting from $130,000 plus:
6 weeks annual leave + 18% leave loading
15 days personal leave + 10 study leave days
Travel allowance + vehicle access for work travel
