Today, Kambu Health employs over 100 dedicated staff, offering a comprehensive range of integrated services, including primary, allied and specialist health services, early childhood education and family support programs, across multiple clinics and community centres.

About the role

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in person

Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Promote our services and provide information to assist customer decision-making

About the successful applicant

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Confident using computer systems and CRM software

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
