We are currently seeking two experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team and act as the critical link between our clients and internal operations. These roles are pivotal in ensuring a seamless, responsive, and high-quality experience for our customers from order through to delivery.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of our service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Generating quotes and acknowledgments
- Managing and triaging the central inbox
- Providing order tracking updates and estimated delivery information
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer profiles
- Managing inbound customer and sales team enquiries
- Delivering Tier 1 post-sale support (order status, returns, exchanges, etc.)
- Proactively contributing to a positive and solutions-driven team culture
Roster & Flexibility: You will be capable of working on a rotating (fortnightly) shift roster during our operational hours (6:30am–7:00pm):
- Shift 1: 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Shift 2: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Shift 3: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Optional weekend and public holiday coverage is available through a rotating and on-call roster.
About You: We are looking for candidates who bring professionalism, energy, and customer-first thinking to every interaction. You will have:
- Proven experience in technical pre-sale or sales support (B2B environment preferred)
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A proactive, “can-do” approach to solving customer challenges
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities under time constraints
- Commitment to quality service delivery and a ‘zero harm’ safety ethic
