The organisation:

Progressive and innovative aged care provider that has developed a reputation for providing its residents with high quality person centred care. With an innovative and thought out strategic plan for the future the organisation is now seeking a dedicated Admissions/Client Relationship Team Leader to assist with incoming enquiries and provide expert advice around aged care admissions to 3 homes in the Melbourne metro area. The Team Leader will also oversee and guide 3 Admissions Co-ordinators ensuring they are well supported and meeting organisational objectives.

The role:

The Admissions Team Leader will work closely with the Marketing team, with the specific purpose of providing information about aged care services, fees and requirements for entering an aged care home and guiding customers through the system whilst exploring options that best suit their needs.

You will liaise closely and directly with families of potential residents and referring bodies in order to arrange facility tours and provide follow up in order to monitor outcomes and drive occupancy levels.

Key Selection Criteria and requirements:

Previous Admissions, Customer Service or Sales and Marketing experience within the Residential Aged Care sector

Sound working knowledge of relevant legislative requirements pertaining to the Aged Care Act.

Thorough understanding of Fees and Charges applicable to Aged Care (RADS/DAPS etc)

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focused attitude.

Clear National Police Record Check

Current drivers Licence

Proof of vaccinations including Flu and Covid
