Are you an experienced admin professional ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced warehouse office environment? This opportunity is ideal for someone confident in their administrative abilities, with a strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
You'll work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth coordination of daily logistics and office processes.
About the role!
Processing daily freight and invoicing
Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
Liaising with transport companies
Receiving and processing orders
General administrative tasks to support the Sales, Design, and Warehouse teams
Any other adhoc admin tasks as required
About you!
Previous experience in administration desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
High attention to detail and organisation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
The offer!
Altona location, close to freeway
Office based position
Flexible Part Time 20 - 28 hours per week
Flexible Hours – Mondays are compulsory
$55K - $60K + Super
