Level 4 Dentist position

We are looking for a senior dentist with strong interpersonal skills, robust clinical acumen, and a passion for delivering health equity and high-quality oral health care.
As a Team Leader Dentists (Regional), you will provide clinical leadership and direct line management to the regional dentist workforce, supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centred dental care. You will lead service improvement initiatives, supervise clinicians and students, and contribute to the operational performance and strategic objectives of the Oral Health program.
This hybrid role combines hands-on clinical practice with team leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performing regional dental team aligned with organisational values and service priorities.
To be successful, you will require;
Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent
AHPRA Registration
A current Working with Children Check
