The Position

• Client Management focussed role working 1 on 1 with a dedicated junior or assistant property manager
• Assistant to conduct and manage 75% of outside tasks
• Conduct your own final bond inspection with support if required
• New PCRS outsourced
• Administration support for the office
• NO Trust or BDM

Skills and Experience

• Must hold a real estate registration and have a minimum of 2 x years of portfolio experience
