Hagen & Co Real Estate is seeking an energetic and motivated Property & Sales Assistant to the Director to join our dynamic team in Doubleview.

This is a rare hybrid role offering hands-on experience across property management, residential sales, and office operations. You’ll work under a highly experienced Director and property management team, with clear pathways for career growth and the chance to develop a long-term future in real estate.

Your Role Includes:

Supporting the property management team with inspections, leasing, maintenance, and compliance

Assisting the Director with sales tasks such as appraisals, marketing preparation, buyer follow-up, drafting offers, and managing campaigns

Providing reception support one day per week—answering calls, greeting clients, and assisting with general admin

Learning every aspect of running a real estate business, from back-end systems to client service

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A current WA driver’s licence

Real estate or administrative experience (ideal but not essential)
