We are looking for a new Payroll / Accounts Assistant for Immediate start to join our Team

About the Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Payroll and Accounts Assistant will be responsible for the payroll and accounts processing for CTM Recruitment. This position will be Part Time between 25-35 hours per week.

This role is responsible for the processing of:

Follow up & Data entry of Timesheets

Weekly payroll, invoicing and sales reports

Staff Reimbursements

Assist with Accounts and end of month reporting

Assist with other Admin duties

We are looking for someone who has:

Excellent time management and the ability to solve problems

Excellent communication skills

Sound decision making

A strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability

Professional written and oral communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Good computer software skills, including Excel and MYOB

Previous experience in a similar role is highly desired
