The position, but not limited to:

• Will learn end to end processes whilst on the job
• 50% in-house administration supporting the PM team with all things admin
• 50% routine inspections ad hoc outside work
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, not your typical residential agency

Ideal Candidate:

• Real estate experience is highly advantageous (Not required) - if you already have real estate experience they will cater the role/salary around your experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication

• Positive, friendly can-do attitude & team player
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
