Step into a strategic, insights-led position where your analytical skills will directly influence customer service delivery and staffing efficiency across a dynamic, tech-forward organisation.
Who will you be working with?
You’ll join a forward-thinking business that values performance, collaboration, and innovation. In this part-time role, you’ll support senior leaders by managing the workforce planning and scheduling of over 80 staff across sales, service and claims teams. Your insights and recommendations will play a key role in shaping resource allocation, staffing forecasts, and operational efficiency.
This is a 3-day per week, initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to convert into a permanent role. Ideally, you’ll be based within 2 hours of Maroochydore and available for onboarding in person during your first week (accommodation expenses paid), but the role can be performed remotely from then on. Alternatively, and if located more remotely, the cleint is prepared to cover transportation and accommodation expenses to assist attendance in person in week one.

- Salary range $70k–$100k pro rated

- Play a key role in optimising service delivery through smarter scheduling
Duties and responsibilities
- Use workforce planning tools (Playbox, Dialpad) to forecast workloads and manage scheduling and rostering
- Analyse and present staffing data, behavioural trends, and operational insights
- Provide monthly rosters and forecasts, including recommendations around resourcing, hiring, and attrition
- Identify and advise on patterns such as break management, productivity loss, and top-performer behaviours
- Collaborate with leaders to improve performance visibility and workforce efficiency
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data to drive business decisions
- Strong time management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Confidence in presenting insights and making resourcing recommendations
- A proactive mindset – able to learn and self-navigate new tools
