Communications Specialist – Bilingual Mandarin

Location: Castlehill- Hybrid work arrangements (Mondays and Fridays work from home)

Salary: 110k+120k+super +profit sharing

Bilingual: English & Mandarin (Fluent)

Experience: Experience in Communications/Marketing (Direct sales or Product/ consumer goods/Personal care products highly desirable)

Our client is a leading name in the health and wellness space, to recruit a Communications Specialist who will be the voice of the brand across Australia and New Zealand. This is a key regional role, responsible for developing and executing innovative communication strategies that speak directly to customers and inspire community engagement.

What You’ll Do:

Essential Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead integrated campaigns across organic & paid social, email, website, sponsorships, and search.

Conceptualize creative content across various formats (visual, written, video).

Support event communications for conferences, product launches, training, and more.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Market Development, Training) to craft compelling briefs.

Maintain a comprehensive communications calendar for ANZ markets.

Analyze data to optimize communication efforts and identify new opportunities.

Write, edit, and proofread a variety of promotional and educational content.

What You Bring:

Passion for health, beauty, and wellness.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a similar communications or marketing role.

Background in the direct sales industry or product-based experience

Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
