Role impact & contribution
The Senior Advisor, Compliance and Governance leads key compliance control functions to minimise exposure and contribute to the capability and culture uplift in governance across the agency to enable the organisation to deliver strategic objectives and ensure compliance and statutory obligations are met.
Proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive work experience in risk-based compliance and governance.
· Post Graduate Qualification in professional body or equivalent for the role as a Compliance or Governance Advisor. (Desirable)

Eligibility
