We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, experienced Accountant / Financial Officer to join our growing team. If you’re looking to step out of a corporate box and into a role where your ideas and input matter, this could be the opportunity for you.

We're a well-known, one-owner dealership group representing Daimler Trucks and other leading brands, servicing customers across Sydney and Brisbane. With expansion well underway, we need a confident finance professional who can keep things running smoothly and help steer our continued growth.

The Role

Reporting directly to the business owner, you’ll take charge of the full finance function, from daily operations through to strategic planning.

What you’ll be doing:

Prepare monthly management financial statements

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

Oversee payroll, BAS, and all statutory reporting

Handle the day-to-day accounting activities

Provide financial insights to support growth plans

Partner closely with the owner to improve financial performance and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

CPA or CA qualified

Experience in a fast-paced industry

Strong knowledge of cash flow, budgeting & forecasting

Excellent attention to detail and highly organised

Hands-on, can work independently and meet deadlines

Confident with BAS, payroll, and compliance tasks
