About the Role:

• First point of contact for a diverse range of customers, including the general public and business representatives
• Handle various inquiries, from general information and account updates to service-related matters
• Start with entry-level calls and progress to more complex tasks with experience
  
  Key Details:
• Full-time positions available
• Monday - Friday rotating roster (8 AM - 8 PM) - Weekend work may be required as per client needs
• Must be an Australian citizen
