Q&A Market Research is a proudly independent and Australian-owned market and social research company based in Milton, Brisbane.
We are seeking experienced Call Centre Supervisors and Team Leaders to join our existing supervisory team.
The call centre operates from 9:00am to 8:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. The role would suit applicants looking for a full-time workload, and permanent positions are available for the right candidates.
Our call centre is a fast-paced, outward-bound market and social research environment. We are committed to a vibrant and sustainable research industry, grounded in quality, trust, accountability, and a willingness to embrace new ideas.
Applicants must have proven skills and experience in the following key areas:
Recent experience as a supervisor or team leader in a call centre environment
Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team
High emotional intelligence and personal integrity
Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to meet predetermined time frames and project deadlines
