Role Overview: As a Call Centre Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, outbound appointment setting and telesurvey calls. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer service calls and resolve inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Conduct outbound calls for appointment setting and telesurveys.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Handle customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with each call.
Follow scripts and guidelines while also using your initiative to enhance the customer experience.
