The Role:

Based in Sydney, you will be part of the lead strategy on both marketing and sales across 3 venues with a directive of enhancing the products to meet market demand. Reporting to the ownership. This is a fully strategic and creative role that will push your abilities and allow you to make your mark on the overall success of the business.

Ideal Qualities we Seek include:

• Development of Marketing Strategies across local hospitality markets with a focus on brand awareness and business growth
• Formulate and meet the budgets set for the Marketing team with an understanding of measuring ROI
• Management of the Sales and events strategies to maximise market position including the growth and pre-opening stages
• Supervise the planning, development and issue of promotional and communication materials;
• Have previous experience in a similar role within the industry is Ideal but will look at other industry applicants.
• Are able to work autonomously and maintain a high level of consistency and productivity.
• Be dynamic with innovation to the ongoing development of Digital Marketing and Social Media presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Restaurant or Pub Marketing Background preferred
• Familiarity with Brand Growth through Social Media channels
• Full knowledge of all marketing streams including digital and social media
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Be pro-active and motivated to succeed
