What you'll be doing:

Conduct legal research and analysis to support the preparation of pleadings, submissions, and other legal documents.

Assist with the discovery process, including the review and management of documents.

Attend client meetings and court appearances to support senior lawyers.

Collaborate with the legal team to develop litigation strategies and formulate arguments.

Draft correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents as required.

Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the litigation process.

Leading a team

What we're looking for:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Admission to practice law in New South Wales.

5+ years PAE in commercial contracts, commercial litigation, or dispute resolution.

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with court procedures and rules of evidence in District, Supreme & Federal Courts.

Collaborative mindset and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
