The Role

Our client is searching for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Sydney team.

You will be working alongside a highly experienced Partner in Sydney and senior practitioners within the Australian practice. You will help lead the team and strategise on matters, gaining exposure working with multinational clients to proactively deal with a range of issues. You will work on large scale, complex commercial litigation and arbitrations involving general commercial disputes, professional indemnity, financial lines, corporate litigation.

Clients include corporates from a number of different industries including mining, energy, transport and technology.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 3+ years PAE in litigation from a reputable team
• Ability to draft advices and court documents
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously but also in a team environment
• Enthusiasm and drive
