We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity with a leading insurance company based in North Sydney. Our client is looking for a Claims Administrator to support their Claims department on a 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
The role involves claims administration, processing payments, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of claims administration tasks to ensure efficient claims processing.
- Manage payments and invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and timely processing.
- Assist in reporting and triaging claims to maintain a high level of service and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact within the claims team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Enhance the overall client experience by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous administrative experience in an insurance environment is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling property claims and payments is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other office software.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
