Are you a thoughtful, detail-driven designer who’s ready to do meaningful work every day?

We’re looking for a highly capable, creative, and grounded Graphic Designer to join our close-knit studio team at Affirmations Australia. You'll be working alongside our Senior Designer and Creative Director to bring heartfelt, uplifting products to life—think greeting cards, gift books, stationery and more.

This is a hands-on, in-studio role for someone with real skills—not just a polished resume. If you’re the kind of designer who’s fast, focused, and committed to quality (and maybe even loves colour-coded folders), we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring

Design & Industry Experience

6+ years of hands-on design experience (print-focused).

A Diploma or Degree in Design.

Experience in publishing, paper products or giftware is a plus.

Technical Know-How

Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel / Google Docs and Sheets.

Comfortable using an iMac.

Strong knowledge of press setup: spot colours, foils, specialty finishes.

Familiar with prepress checks, digital colour proofs, and ozalids.

Able to follow file setup and established folder structures.

Basic troubleshooting ability for common IT issues (no need to be a tech wizard—just commonsense).
