Seeking a part-time Architect or Building Designer with a minimum of 7 years local experience to work in both a design and technical role at our firm.

Our projects vary in scope and scale but are predominantly in the Childcare, NDIS, Residential Industrial space.

Tasks will include Concept design preparation & presentation, council/ construction documentation, stakeholder communication and lead coordination.

Role will require 2-3 days a week with the potential opportunity to become fulltime.

Minimum Qualifications:

Australian Bacholar’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design

Core skills:

Project Management skills.

Experience in direct dealing with council, consultants, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.

Moderate to Advance proficiency in Revit is essential.

Microsoft office word, excel and outlook proficiency is essential.

Autocad, photoshop and illustrator proficiency a bonus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills essential
