About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced barista who knows their way around a coffee machine and can deliver consistently great coffee—fast. But this role isn’t just about coffee; we’re looking for a team player who’s happy to jump in and assist wherever needed, whether that’s supporting front-of-house operations, keeping the space clean, or helping with basic prep tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft exceptional Melbourne-style coffee with speed, precision, and consistency.
• Manage high-volume coffee orders efficiently during peak times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Assist the wider team with general café tasks, including serving customers and running food.
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.
• Help train junior team members if needed.
