The Role & Portfolio

• Full end-to-end claims management maintaining a mixed claims portfolio, heavily physical claims
• Be client facing and involved in tender processes whilst working in a relationship management manner portfolio of claims
• Support the team with training and further enhance your skills and expertise in this sector
• Encourage successful RTW whilst gain support from Injury Management Advisors/Return to Work & Technical Specialists when needed whilst reporting to an experienced leader.

About You

• You will be at least an Experienced Senior Case Manager with 3 + years of experience in end to end claims management
• You will be truly passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes with a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do
• You enjoy stepping up and supporting others with mentoring and coaching and are a true team player
• You have an eye for improving processes and working collaboratively with technical support, leaders and business operations
