Customer Service Officer - JD Hardie (Part-time)

Level 2 - $51,095.07 - $88,126.76 (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance) Pro Rata

*Increasing to $53,138.87 - $90,851.83 as of 1st July 2025 Pro Rata

The Role

In this part-time role you will be responsible for acting as the JD Hardie Youth and Community Hub's first point of contact. With your excellent customer service skills, you will provide information and direction to the general public, respond to online and phone enquiries as well as taking and processing of payments. You will have the opportunity to manage facility bookings, work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and assist with the development and administration of procedures and policies. This part time role does require the successful candidate to be available for weekend and evening shifts.
