About the role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our team at Josephine Agostino Hair' in Haberfield, NSW. This part-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy salon.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and welcoming clients, both in-person and on the phone

Scheduling appointments and managing the salon's booking system

Handling client enquiries and addressing any concerns or feedback

Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Restocking and organising retail products

Supporting the salon team with general administrative tasks

Support salon social media and content creation

Salon cleaning duties

Basin work (shampoo, treatments and toners)

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the hair and beauty industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software

A friendly, professional and reliable demeanour

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and providing outstanding customer service
