About the role

An opportunity to lead from the front with one of Australia’s most recognisable FMCG brands. You’ll play a critical leadership role in driving sales performance, in-store execution, and market share expansion across the region. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers delivering commercial results.

This role offers both strategic oversight and hands-on territory management, with a strong focus on field execution, performance leadership, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Territory Managers across NSW/ACT;
• Drive execution of in-store excellence, ensuring distribution, facings, availability and merchandising meet brand standards;
• Own and grow a personal territory (North Shore + Northern Beaches), maintaining a visible presence in-market;
• Identify opportunities for growth in retail, independents and distributor networks; and
• Monitor and manage performance through data analysis, CRM, and regular field spot checks.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Territory Management and/or Field Sales Leadership within FMCG;
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, spot trends and take decisive action;
• Comfortable balancing leadership and hands-on fieldwork; this is not a desk-bound role; and
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
