ORANGE MOTOR GROUP ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL USED CAR SALES MANAGER, OR SENIOR SALES PERSON LOOKING TO MAKE THE MOVE INTO MANAGEMENT , TO MANAGE AND DEVELOP THEIR USED CAR SALES OPERATION IN ORANGE. CURRENTLY HOME TO 10 BRANDS WITH 4 MORE ARRIVING IN A FEW WEEKS, WE NEED THE RIGHT PERSON TO LEAD OUR SALES TEAMS AND PUSH THE USED CAR SALES DEPARTMENT FORWARD.

REPORTING TO THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER, AND LEADING A TEAM OF 8 SALES PEOPLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROCESS ORIENTATED MANAGER, WITH GOOD CONTACTS IN USED CARS, AND A STRONG USED CAR CLOSING MENTALITY

EXCELLENT SKILLS IN TEAM MANAGEMENT, WORKING CLOSELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL ARE A MUST FOR THIS HIGHLY CRITICAL ROLE WITHIN THE DEALERSHIP
