The Role:

As Product Manager, you’ll lead the entire product lifecycle — from research and sourcing to compliance, testing, supplier management, and launch — for a diverse range of OEM and branded products. You’ll work across multiple teams, markets, and industries to ensure we deliver innovation, quality, and value every time.

You’ll manage a high-impact portfolio of products that power:

Australia’s signage and wide-format print industry

The booming recreational vehicle (RV) market

The architectural cladding sector via PROBOND

Key Responsibilities:

Source and develop products from OEM manufacturers

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing

Ensure full compliance, documentation, and quality control

Analyse customer needs and market trends

Drive new product launches from concept to shelf

Review, refine and optimise the full product portfolio

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years in product management (importing/distribution/OEM focus preferred)

Proven skills in sourcing, supplier negotiation, and compliance

Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills

Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical teams

A strategic thinker who’s hands-on, resourceful, and detail-obsessed

Experience across multiple categories or industries is a bonus
