About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you'll work at the heart of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and margin growth, increase market share and amplify brand visibility across ANZ.

Responsibilities include:

Product strategy and lifecycle

• Translate global product roadmaps into local category strategies and tactical plans
• Manage product setup, data maintenance and system workflows through the full lifecycle
• Support pricing frameworks, channel plans and demand-planning forecasts

Research and Analysis

• Conduct market, financial and competitive analyses to uncover local insights
• Prepare periodic performance reports and distill actionable recommendations

Launch & Campaign Execution

• Develop and roll out product launches: packaging specs, manuals, training materials and campaign content
• Maintain web CMS and asset library; oversee internal/external proofing to protect brand integrity

Stakeholder management

• Liaise with global teams (Product Development, Sustainability, Branding) to localize offerings and ensure compliance
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to deliver product training and technical support

Events and Communications

• Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, showroom displays and internal events
  
  
• Produce and maintain documentation - price lists, competitor reports, launch organisers, approval logs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in product management preferably in a related field, along with:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed, with ability to lead activities and deliver results
• Works proactively, strives for excellence
• Problem solving mentality / analytical nature
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates customer focus. Builds trust and strong, enduring partnerships
