About the Role

The opportunity exists for a Construction Supervisor with specific experience in high end residential custom designed homes. The role includes onsite supervision and management with some hands-on duties, quality control and WHS management. To be considered you must demonstrate the following

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience in complex builds, conventional footing and slab, retaining walls, masonry construction

Accustomed with requirements for suspended slab construction (formworking, steel fixing, services, etc.)

Familiarity with high end finishes and products

Hold a Builders or Site Supervisors License and Queensland Driver’s License

Strong communication skills written and verbal with both internal and external customers, always striving to exceed expectations.

Quality and budget conscious with high attention to detail

A good level of organisation, decision making and time management skills

Sound computer skills including OnSite Companion or similar

Driven and motivated to succeed and be part of the big picture

Knowledge and application of WPHS construction requirements
