About the Role:

• Position: Construction Supervisor
• Location: Bracken Ridge, QLD
• Reporting to: Head of Construction
• Projects: Oversee up to 20 residential builds concurrently

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction across multiple sites, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Lead and support subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring adherence to high performance and workmanship standards
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track budgets and schedules to ensure projects remain on time and within scope
• Enforce best-practice health, safety, and environmental procedures across all builds

About You:
Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or equivalent (preferred)
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential)

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years supervising 15+ residential projects at once for a volume builder
• A reliable and consistent employment record
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate site teams
