About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Steel Framing Supervisor to lead our subcontractor teams across residential framing projects in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba. Based from our Carole Park facility, you’ll oversee day-to-day installations of steel wall frames and trusses, ensuring high-quality delivery, safe practices, and strengthen builder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise subcontractor carpenters across multiple job sites
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and builder specifications
• Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain strong communication with builders and site supervisors
• Provide feedback to our Detailing and Production teams
• Support subcontractors in delivering work to Steelcraft’s standards
• Identify process and safety improvement opportunities

About You
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site supervisory or leading hand role
• Trade-qualified carpenter (Cert III or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of WHS and residential construction protocols
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech confident – familiar with job management systems and reporting tools
• Experience in steel framing highly regarded
• Current driver’s licence and White Card
