As a consulting chef, you will be the gastronomic mastermind behind our founder's vision, crafting unique recipes that inspire and empower the everyday home cook. Your dishes will not only be delectable but also beautifully presented, encouraging food lovers to recreate chef-quality meals in their own kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative recipes that align with our brand's philosophy: chef-quality meals made simple for the home cook.
• Translate sophisticated culinary concepts into accessible, easy-to-follow recipes.
• Work alongside the food blog founder to plan and execute a culinary content strategy.
• Conduct recipe testing and make adjustments based on feedback to ensure success for cooks of all levels.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content writers to create visually appealing content.
• Stay up-to-date with food trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Organise and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen space for recipe development and content creation.
• Participate in events, cooking demonstrations, and other promotional activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a proven track record of creativity and culinary excellence.
• Exceptional understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong visual aesthetic and plating skills to ensure dishes are both appetising and photogenic.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with the food blogging industry and social media trends is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
